See how much your ingredients went up. From your own invoices.
Connect KSeF and Owlly will read the last 90 days of your purchase invoices and send back a PDF: which ingredients went up, by how much, and what it cost. You send nothing — those invoices are already there.
A KSeF audit is a report on the last 90 days of purchase invoices pulled directly from the National e-Invoice System, showing which ingredients went up, by what percentage, and what that cost in złoty.
Last updated:
How to get the report — three steps
- Price rises ranked in złoty — not in percent, because 30% on parsley means nothing and 4% on beef means a great deal.
- Suppliers charging different prices for the same item.
- Items bought from several suppliers under different names — which is exactly where comparing prices was impossible until now.
- Duplicates and invoices paid twice, if there were any.
Questions about the audit
01Do I have to send anything?
No. Your purchase invoices are already in KSeF — Owlly collects them from there. You do not scan, forward emails, or export anything from your accounting software.
02What permission am I granting?
Read access to purchase invoices only. Owlly does not issue invoices on your behalf and has no permission to — issuing in KSeF stays on your side, where you do it today.
03Is the report really free?
Yes, and it needs no card. If you do nothing afterwards, you pay nothing — you keep the PDF and a connected KSeF.
04What happens to my data if I do not stay?
We delete it on request. The database and archive sit in the EU; invoice content is processed by US model providers as sub-processors under standard contractual clauses, and the full register is public.
