What do I get for 14 days?
The whole back office of the 249 plan: KSeF invoices, prices, recipes and food cost, stock, orders, the rota and Owlly Staff. No card. You set up the Owlly till with the assistant, after the trial.
What happens after 14 days?
You choose a plan. What you set up during the trial is kept. A smaller plan shows its own part; the rest comes back when you move to the full one.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No. You pay monthly, per venue, and cancel when you want.
I have two venues. What do I pay?
Each venue has its own plan. Two venues on the full plan is 498 zł net a month. From 3 venues the group price is set on a call.
Do I have to change my till?
On 149 and 199 you keep your till. Recipes, food cost, stock and the forecast need sales from the Owlly till, so they are in the 249 plan. You set up the till with the Owlly assistant, free.
What else do I have to buy?
Nothing from us. The Owlly till runs on the tablet you already have, and receipts print on a Posnet fiscal printer. Have a different one? We add it during setup.
Does my accountant have to change anything?
No. Owlly pulls purchase invoices from KSeF and does not change how your accounting office works.
What if the AI credit runs out?
AI features wait for the new month or a top-up. Nothing is charged beyond the credit, and the rest of Owlly works as always.
