When venues share a NIP, Owlly reads the delivery address and the open orders, and picks the venue from them.

An invoice it cannot place with certainty, Owlly doesn’t guess: it shows it to a person to decide.

The office rent, the accountant, the manager’s salary: a company cost, not a venue’s.

You set each cost once: to a venue, split between venues, or to the whole company.

A supplier’s setting covers every invoice from them; a single invoice can have its own.

Company-wide costs show as their own line in the all-venues view, not added to one of them.

Goods and people move between venues. So do the numbers.

A transfer of goods is confirmed by a person at the venue receiving it.

A fixed salary follows the employee’s card, not where they clocked in. The same person at two venues is one labour cost.

An hourly employee counts where they worked.

Questions from groups

We have several companies. Is that a problem?

No. A user can have access to several companies, each with its own venues.

Does every venue need the Owlly till?

On the 149 and 199 zł plans a venue keeps its till. Stock from sales, the forecast and the cost of dishes sold work with the Owlly till, in the 249 zł plan. You choose the plan per venue.

How fast can we add more venues?

You connect KSeF for a venue in about 15 minutes. You set up the Owlly till with the Owlly assistant, free, venue by venue.

Where is our data?

Stored and processed in the EU. AI model providers receive invoice content under standard contractual clauses. The sub-processor register is public.
