Owlly already has an assistant. Why a chat?

The “Ask Owlly” assistant stays in your plan. In ChatGPT and Claude you ask where you already write, and turn the answer straight into an e-mail, a message or a post. It uses none of your plan’s AI credit.

Is ChatGPT included?

No. A paid ChatGPT (Go or Plus) or Claude you pay separately, to OpenAI or Anthropic. The Owlly add-on is 79 zł net a month per venue.

Why per venue?

Like Owlly’s plans: you pay for the venues you ask about in the chat. A venue without the add-on is invisible to the chat.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. You connect once, on a computer, then ask in the ChatGPT or Claude app on your phone: Owlly is already on its list.

Do OpenAI or Anthropic get my data?

The chat gets only what you ask about, from the areas you allow. What happens to the data on the chat’s side is set by your agreement with OpenAI or Anthropic. Our privacy policy covers it.

Can the chat break something?

Changes to the menu, orders, stock and the team the chat shows first and makes after your “yes”; most can be undone for 30 days. Bookings and simple till fixes, like a test print or unlocking a PIN, it does without waiting for “yes”. Receipts and fiscal documents it never touches.

Can I send an order from the chat?

You prepare and approve the order in the chat. You send it from Owlly with one button.

What will the chat not do?

What the assistant inside Owlly may not: payments and transfers, receipts and KSeF, users and permissions, AI credit, deleting history. It writes to no guest or supplier either, unless you ask it to e-mail a guest about a booking.
