Why a separate app?
Because otherwise either the employee sees the venue’s margin or doesn’t log the fridge temperature. A separate app solves it in practice, not just in role settings.
Rota, availability, day-off requests, hours and fridge temperatures, in the employee’s language: Polish, English, Ukrainian or Russian. On the 249 zł plan the team counts stock in it too.
What does a HACCP entry look like?
A temperature with the time and the person, logged at the unit, at the moment of measuring. A reading outside the range asks for a note and notifies the manager.

The manager adds the person in Owlly and sends them a link. The employee signs in with a PIN in Owlly Staff on their own phone.
Are the temperature logs enough for an inspection?
Every entry has the date, unit, temperature, time and person, and room for a note. You choose the form of the records to fit your venue’s hazard analysis.
Which languages does Owlly Staff speak?
Polish, English, Ukrainian and Russian. Each employee picks their own.
