What do my people need?
Their own phone and the Owlly till; only the manager needs a computer. An employee scans the code on the poster you print from Owlly and signs in with a work e-mail and a PIN from the manager. Owlly Staff speaks Polish, English, Ukrainian and Russian.
And the full monthly stocktake?
Everyone counts their area in Owlly Staff, the manager sees on his phone how far each area is, and closes the stocktake venue by venue at the laptop. The stocktake sheet goes to the accountant as PDF or Excel.
Does it work from day one?
The rota, time-off requests and the Owlly till’s figures, yes. Invoices and prices once KSeF is connected, the forecast after two weeks of sales (the effect of events after a few months), counts after the first stocktake. Each person says what needs setting up.
